I love writing, I have loved writing my Blog on the World Wide Web and I love being asked to contribute to the Tribune as well. I will admit that it takes an iron will, belief in yourself and the ability to let criticism roll off my back. I hear from my detractors often, they tend to be brutal, get personal and in my estimation have a difficult time letting people have their own set of views, values and beliefs. I wonder why that is? My belief is that everyone has a point of view that is unique to their life and no one life is like any other life. Like the snowflake, each life is distinct, circumstances having played a key role in its development.I will always respect the values and the views of others. Their opinions are an important ingredient in the formula that we call the American Dream. I do however have a hard time with those who take their positions to a toxic level and poison the recipe.
