Robin - A daughter’s life remembered…

August 3rd, 2006, 6:07 pm by Sharon

The August 2 edition of the East Valley Tribune paid tribute to Robin Blasnek through her dad….Reporter Sarah Lynch, Tribune - gives many details and cherished stories about Robin Blasnek through her father. He describes Robin, a 22 year old that was sweet, kind, and gentle - with sligh disabilities - but a pure heart. Not understanding the dangers in the world she became a victim Sunday morning - those pure don’t really have those things in their head or heart.A knock at Steve Blesnek’s door at 5:00 AM Sunday morning brought the tragic news to the family. Robin was the second daughter to die unexpectantly - the first in a car crash 10 years ago. I can’t image the struggle, having to cope with the death of now a second child. Their faith in a merciful God, I pray will bring them to a place of peace and comfort as they journey through grief.Robin’s life was full of accomplishments, overcoming obstacles, serving others, a loving soul that is now safe and protected.Guadian Angels have been on patrol, walking the area with a watchful eye - it’s great to have them in our community.
