Development planned on the Tracker Marine site on Main Street just west of Alma School.Designed by archetect Fred Woods, this development would total 57 units with 13 of these units being "loft style" with commercial store fronts on the ground floor. Unique to this development would be a courtyard style design incorporating the old Mesa train depot that once existed in Mesa before the station burned down in 1989.Concerns of the neighbors which will border this project to the north are being discussed, but if things can be worked out, this would be a great project for Mesa!Comments about this project are welcome.

They are really going to build nice condos in that part of town?
I moved out of that area due to the huge crime rate and all of the nuts that wander up and down Main.
They need to level all of those hotels along there that rent by the hour. Then tear that trashy WalMart down. It’s a start.
There’s a lot of changes going on in West Mesa. With the light rail coming in (the main reason for this development), the improvements to EVIT, and the development at Riverview, Many changes are in store for that area. Even the asian center on Dobson & Main are back on track. I’ll keep my eyes open for more developments in that and other areas.
If you know of anything, let us know.
