Mexicans were here before Americans ever existed on this continent. In FACT, they were already known as "Mexican", a thousand years before the Americans IMMIGRATED to this land. Mexicans [me:shijka] belong the the Uto-Nahua ethno-linguistic group that stretches from Canada to Nicaragua, and thats just the Mexicans. Thats not counting the hundreds of other ethnic Indigenous people IN Mexico who are also related to Indigenous people north of the Rio Grande, like the MAYA, TOTONACO, HUASTECOS, CHICHIMECAS, ETC. Let's be real, if Mexicans are NOT Immigrants, then why is there such a frenzy to deport them en mass? Could it be that COLONIZATION of the Indigenous people is still occurring?
